Restore the right to bare arms to all nonviolent felons for the purpose of self defense against terrorism.

With terrorism at an all time high The American people deserve the right to be properly prepared to defend themselves, their family and their property against the real threat of an act of violence and/or terrorism. This should include but not be limited to nonviolent felons. Terrorism is a real threat in The U.S. and an act of violence and/or mass destruction or suicide bombing(s) can happen anywhere at anytime without warning. The American people (including nonviolent felons) should have the right to bare arms to defend themselves,family and property.
