Restore the right Privacy of the People and Limitations of Government Invasions

We the People of the United States, in order to restore the restrictions and safeguards afforded in the Constitution of The United States of America, as to the security in papers, communications, movements, and collection, storage, usage of such information by and for entities of the Federal government do hereby petition the President of the United States to enact by excutive order, and/or propose legislation the following:
1) Appoint an independent advoacte as representation for the people in Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act courts to counter request by the Federal Government as to the granting of courts orders for the gathering of surveillance of United States citizens.
2)Repeal the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act as unconstitutional under article 3 and Amendment 4.
