On behalf of the American people restore the natural freedoms recognized in the U.S. Constitution and by the founding Fathers to the American people by repealing the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The curtailment of rights to allow unlimited incarceration without charge, legal representation, habeas corpus or due process under the guise of anti-terrorism are unconstitutional and in direct conflict with the founding ideals of the United States of America.
