This is an effort to demand the powers of protection under the US Constitution that would restore access to US Passports, and restore the ability to travel and engage in commerce outside the US borders......for Fathers who's only fault is that they are behind on child support.
In essence, without trial, or charges being brought, or due process.....the US State Dept has revoked passports and other rights for being late on child support payments
While the whole idea of a government agency or policy that would enforce by imprisonment......a dollar amount that a Father has to pay his child........is absolutely unconstitutional on many levels..........this is a plea to really have the good of the child at the heart of an action that restores dignity and honor to their fathers.
