Section 4 of The Voting Rights Act (http://www.justice.gov/crt/about/vot/misc/sec_4.php) was deemed unconstitutional by The Supreme Court due to its bias in states that are proven more and less racist. The Obama Administration should restore the section in order to protect the rights of people and expand it to be equal in all states. It should also be expanded in order to deal with such issues as restrictions on voting by political groups in order to gain an advantage.
