Current federal statutes on Federal student loans bar anyone who has fallen behind on student loan payments from trying to complete their education, or verifying it.
The hold on Title 4 rights is harmful to the budget, since it prevents someone from finishing school to gain employment, so they can pay, as well as prevents people from verifying their schooling in the job application process.
Remove the hold on Title 4 rights, so that we can have a chance of gaining employment, in order to pay our loans.
