Restore Voter Confidence / Implement System Allowing Voter Confirmation of Ballot Receipt and Accurate Count by Internet

This Petition would result in the implementation of a simple system that would restore Voter confidence.
The voter would retain a detached duplicate copy of the ballot they cast that has a unique assigned corresponding number.
After each election, a listing of the ballots that were cast would be posting on the internet for review in order of the unique assigned number, thus enabling all voters a private means to confirm the ballots that were counted and that the corresponding votes were correctly tallied on each.
An associated and private system for the voter to communicate and challenge any errors would also need to be established and retention of the duplicate ballot with unique number would be the only valid means of challenge.
