The War on Drugs has created an underclass of African-American felons who have been disenfranchised from their communities and American society. Please aid in addressing the misery inflicted on communities of color by restoring to felons their right to vote. African-Americans are 10.1 times more likely than whites to be sent to prison for drug offenses.
