We can all agree that a majority of foreign applicants might not meet the financial requirements of a NIV applicant but could very well meet the model of a trusted traveler (a non terrorist or criminal individual). Many people around the world whom have low income employment not enough to satisfy our existing cumbersome NIV application requirements; are capable and responsible individuals whom save money throughout the year or take advantage of credit instruments that allow them to finance a trip around the world, to visit family, friends, site see,to experience,to consume,to learn, to buy, to explore, to participate, etc. This engine of economic stimulus can inject large amounts of revenue into our National Economic Consumer Markets, stimulating investment, employment and consumer confidence.
