Restrain the EPA. All activities of the EPA must have approval from the Congress of the United States. No to Cap & Trade

Cap and trade will skyrocket the cost of energy. The citizens of America are in a struggle to survive, and doesn't need the government, who works for the people to strangle them with unnecessary high energy cost. The EPA must be harnessed and all activities approved by the United States Congress.
