Whenever the President of the United States attempts to circumvent the law by which he is bound (with a particular note to the constitution), he is to be restrained from office until the following 2 things happen:
1) The president again takes the Oath of office of the President of the United States in public if the circumventing the law was made public, or private if the circumvention is made evidenced privately.
2) He is re-voted in by the supreme court, and Congress branches.
In this manner no attempts to make any regulations or laws will be in effect until the proper Constitutional procedure is implemented successfully.
