Restrict the ability for media companies, local and federal, to display information, backgrounds, and most importantly, pictures of people that commit mass murders, and serial killings.
In much the same way that yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater is not protected by free speech, neither should the display and idolization of murderers by the media be protected by the freedom of press. The fame granted to these people through constant media attention following their heinous acts of mass murder is widely agreed upon by many psychologists and physiologists to be a large part in creating more mass murderers from the mentally unstable of the country.
They are transformed into anti-heroes, and given 24/7 coverage. Please restrict the media in it's quest for bloodshed, ratings, and money.
