restrict the ability to sue practicing physicians for other than gross malpractice.

Created by B.B. on November 11, 2012

Obamacare seems to do little to affect what is one of the root causes of our rising health care costs. By eliminating the ability of people to sue practitioners for anything other than the loss of life, limb, sensation, or disfigurement, we can drastically cut the insurance costs of doctors. This in turn, should reduce the cost of medical care and promote the opening of smaller, private practices which have suffered greatly from the increase in malpractice lawsuits.
