We the people call for a reform in the flow of federal tax dollars into the hands of undeserving welfare recipients. We recognize the need for financial assistance for some, but we the people call for a method of screening recipients for employment history and drug use. Our hard-earned tax dollars are more rightfully ours than someone's who doesn't work and doesn't try to because the government will pay them not to. We the people call on our government to put an end to this.
