Restrict all incoming flights from Ebola Countries, to one arrival point, by directing them to Andrews AFB.

After flights arrive, all passengers will board a bus and be taken to the White House to be welcomed by the staff at the White House, starting with the new Ebola Chief Czar. Once they are cleared by the staff there, they can move about the country as desired.
