Currently the problems arising nowadays are from those that have been elected consistently from the 1980's and earlier. This is not allowing the proper changes we need to keep The United States of America as the best country in the world. We are held back by the old ideals and stubbornness of a generation that is unwilling to see any sort of proper changes. This affects all political parties.
The proposed change would be that senators would be limited to 12 years in office (two terms) and each representative would be limited to 12 years in office (6 terms).
This change would allow for new members to come into congress and be able to possibly agree on certain issues and help our country.
