International foreign student visas designated to train and hire foreign students are causing an imbalance in fair and equal opportunities for USA citizens to qualify for jobs that could be performed in the USA but are sent overseas to more "qualified" individuals who are trained here and for the most part send their money back home to their families and or leave the country taking their USA tax payed education out of the USA. The hope for this petition is to inform and gather support from "victims" of this particular problem And have been "shoved out the door" of educational institutions since labeled and placed in magnet and gifted programs when the state was cutting these programs the administration didn't have the resources to accommodate "labeled students" in these programs.
