While we recognize the constitutional right to bear arms, we respectfully urge Congress to legislate thereby restricting the number of guns a citizen may possess. While we have constitutional liberties we recognize that regulations must be imposed to encourage responsibilities.
We also request, if not the banning of assault weapons and weapons with high capacity magazines , that modern technologies be developed to track these weapons in real time by GPS systems installed in the civilian issued weapons. These systems installed in civilian weapons might signal an alert when the weapons cross the perimeter of a highly populated civilian area or school. It might function to disable the gun in such areas or to alert proper authorities. It might be similar to radar or prison ankle bracelets
