Everyone I know hates calling a local business and talking to someone from India. American people need jobs, and huge companies like Walmart should not be using overseas labor! Please help stop greedy businesses like Walmart from using cheap phone customer service from overseas and make those companies give these jobs to local Americans. Prohibit large businesses from using overseas customer service agents. I suggest using this simple formula - if a company makes a profit it must use American labor. There is no reason why those companies should increase their profits at the cost of American families.
