We all know that gun violence is at an extreme high in America. However, guns are significantly less dangerous if they don’t have ammo to fire. For this reason, I propose that focus on restrictions should not be placed on the actual firearm, but more on the ammunition.
1) Ammunition should not be sold online
2) No individual can buy/posses anymore than 6 bullets at a time
3) All ammunition must be purchased via a certified dealership overseen by a local public safety department (such as a police department). The dealership’s responsibilities should include tracking ammo sales and reporting appropriate info to their overseeing public safety department
4) Any individual attempting to purchase or found to posses restricted ammunition should be flagged and evaluated by an investigative depar
