Restrict and/or eliminate the use of all aoutomobiles capable of carrying more than two people.

Using the same principle for automobiles that is used for firearms,I petition that the government mandate restricting the use and carrying capacity of the automobile. Over 27,000 people lost their lives last year needlessly due to the irresponsibility and instability of drivers using mutipassenger vehicles. Included should be automobiles capable of speeds over 60 miles per hour. Far too many lives are being lost because of inappropriate use of automobiles at high rates of speed.
