1) Congress is restricted to the same public healthcare laws it has enacted upon its citizens
2) Should Congress forfeit its duties and take a vacation, or fail to complete them altogether, then their pay should be withheld.
3) Congress cannot enact laws protecting themselves from laws/acts they pass unto the American population.
4) We the People hold the right to call for re-election of Congressmen should they fall out of the People's favor.
5) We the People reserve the right to have all Congressional sessions televised and available to the public.
