Eliminate recess AND PAY, for congress until all issues concerning our nation are addressed effectively. Its absurd that congress takes as much "recess" breaks, and vacations as they do without adddressing important issues such as the U.S economy, veterans issues, healthcare, education, and the security of our borders.. STOP THE VACATIONS, STOP THE RECESS AND GET TO WORK!
