Grading, building, and other loud construction related activity can be very disruptive to existing white collar residents. Allowing such activity to go on just because the sun is up clearly shows bias toward the unions and blue collar workforce. Meanwhile, the honest citizens working desk jobs are forced to wake up at obnoxiously early hours. This petition does NOT apply to loud, obnoxious recreational activities such as drinking, partying, and target shooting (where permitted), which is clearly available to and appreciated by union and non-union workers, blue and white collar alike.
