Close the U.S. borders to all individuals who have traveled through or from foreign countries affected by Ebola Virus outbreak. Require all U.S. citizens who have traveled through or from the countries affected by this outbreak to remain in quarantine until incubation period has passed and laboratory test results show that no virus is present.
