The Federal Government interferes with legally passed State Ordinances which conflict with Federal Law, even in cases where the Constitution does NOT give Federal authority. Specifically, the Federal Government is illegally arresting individuals, threatening property owners and threatening State Legislators regarding their various Medical Marijuana Ordinances.
The Federal Government should be required to show Constitutional Authority prior to interfering with States legally pass ordinances and laws.
The Constitution restricts Federal Authority to Interstate Commerce. If the Federal Government can not show interstate commerce, they have no authority. Specifically, if marijuana is grown, sold and consumed within the boundaries of ANY of the many States there is no interstate commerce.
