Restrict Frivolous and/or Repeated Congressional Investigations that create an undue burden on the tax payers.

In light of another (8th) investigation into Benghazi and the continued persecution of Planned Parenthood it is necessary to request that limitations be placed on investigations to ensure appropriate conduct from Congress. It is not reasonable to saddle the tax payers with the cost of these investigations that are little more than a select group's desire to control the rest of society. We the tax payers request an intervention to limit and prevent Frivolous and Repeated Investigations
