Restrict governing bodies over public schools from overriding teacher's grading policies and methods

Teachers are being told how to grade their own students and how much assignments can count for. Teachers should be hired because they are believed to be competent for their position therefore, they should be trusted to grade assignments on their own scales. also it is deceptive to boost averages by scaling down parts of a class that students struggle in. These mandates often come from people with no experience and is counter productive to a true education
