Government subsides are abused everyday by illegal immigrants. They should not be allowed to qualify for the programs since they don't pay into the taxes. Only citizens should be allowed on the programs and qualification should be checked every few months to make sure they're actually looking for a job to get off the program and not milking the system. If they're found abusing the system or defrauding the government it should be a punishment of jail and not be allowed back on ANY government program.
