Restrict Governmental Officials with regulatory power from working at any corporation they have de-regulated for 10 yrs.

Created by Z.T. on May 06, 2014

We live in a nation where politics is privately funded. Many of these funds come from groups and corporations, who very sensically are doing so to serve their own interest.

Regulation and deregulation need to be held closely to American public interests and separated completely from private interests. If a Government Official has voting or executive power to regulate/deregulate an industry, they should not be able to use those actions for their own benefit.

This includes:
1) Restrict employment by any corporations affected by the regulatory actions of the former/current officials.
2) Restrict any services rendered, monetary or gift-based, from former/current officials.
3) Equalize public/private interests when picking regulatory officials by making them elected positions.
