Restrict Mobile apps that target children and teenagers.

Created by E.T. on April 15, 2014

More and more mobile apps are becoming increasingly anonymous. Apps such as Kik and Snapchat delete conversations as well as when deleting the users account there is no record of it. This opens up our children to the pedophiles with no way of proving anything as the incriminating evidence is gone. It is irresponsible of the creators of these apps to allow this. A child can be harassed or worse, becoming a victim to pedophiles or anyone else. The United States Government has a duty to protect our children and accounts on these sites need to be traceable for these reasons. Should the creators not want to make these changes the United States needs to restrict them from being used in this country.
