Petition to make contribution limits of all types of private donors, equal in scope; and to include advertising on behalf of a campaign to be considered a "contribution" as well as any other form of material donation ("gifts") with a monetary value exceeding $500.
Individuals, Corporations, and donors to PAC's may give:
$2,500* - To each candidate, or candidate committee per election.
$30,800* - To national party committee per calendar year.
$10,000 (combined limit) - To state, district & local party committee per calendar year.
$5,000 - To any other political committee per calendar year
Special Limits: $117,000* overall biennial limit: • $46,200* to all candidates • $70,800* to all PACs and parties
