Based on the Congressional response to funding disaster relief for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Federal disasters are generally felt in the midwest and south from tornadoes, earthquakes and hurricanes. These states continually accept Federal funding for relief of these disasters from a government that they do not believe in. These same states refused to vote for funding for the northeastern states recently destroyed by Sandy.
In addition, these states remove MORE from the Federal Treasury than they put in every year. The legislators from these states continually preach about fiscal responsibility, yet have no problem accepting funds from the government while limiting other states
I propose that states no longer be allowed to take funding more than they put in to the Treasury.
