Restrict more time for drunk&high drivers in jail and take away their license For Ever

Last Summer 2012 My Life Was Changed Thanks To An Irresponsible Driver That Was Driving Drunk And High On Drugs. I Was Walking In Front Of My Parked Vehicle And This Guy Came Out Of No Where And Slammed Into The Back Of My Truck Sending My Truck Towards Me And I Ended Pinned Under My Truck And Another Parked Vehicle. I Suffered Lower Extremities Injury Plus Broken Ribs,Punctured Lungs,Cuts Everywhere And Major Health Problems.My Mom Was With Me When This Happened And She Suffered A Heart Attack.This Guy Never Said Sorry In Any Way,Type Or Form.The Week Of His Sentencing He Wanted Me To Pity Him Like If He Was Going To Jail Forever,Turned Out He Only Got 20 Months In Prison,20 Months Is A Year And A Half That's Not Gonna Give Me Back My Life.For All That The System Should Of Left Him Free
