Restrict the parental rights of rapists who have conceived a child through rape

In 27 states, rapists who conceived a child through rape can sue for child custody and parental rights. This can elongate the depression, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts that rape victims experience while trying to recover. We want to help rape victims who conceived a child through the act of rape move on with their lives.
