restrict the presence of firearms in homes inhabited by persons with emotional or mental disabilities reside

Created by B.H. on December 17, 2012

Restricing the existence of firearms in homes that are inhabited by persons with mental or emotional issues would take away the availability of weapons.
This would not infinge on the right to bear arms. It would simply restrict where legitimate gunowners could store their weapons.
Quite simply, it would mean that, if you have a weapon and someone in your household has some sort of emotional or mental issue, you would not be allowed to store the gun at that location.
