We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

To restrict the President from issuing a pardon for Hillary Clinton prior to any potential indictment.

Created by M.L. on November 10, 2016

We are asking President Obama to not allow a presidential pardon to be issued to Hillary Rodham Clinton as she has not been formally indicted or charged with any crime prior to President Obama leaving office, unless at such time she is indicted, in which the President of the United States may issue such pardon under his authority and in compliance with the law.

All Americans must follow the rule of law. No pardon should be issued to any person in the United States if no indictment or charge has been brought against them in order to protect an individual from “potential” prosecution especially when they have yet to be indicted under any Federal, State, or local laws.
