Mass murders are happening far to often and are increasing in their shocking nature. Instead of being punished for their crimes, the killers get off easy by killing themselves.
Lets focus our attention on the stories of the victims and shine the light on the life they were able to live. We make these villains notorious by putting them in our news papers, all over the internet, and creating movies about them.
Help shift the focus to the victims and ban the release of the murderer(s) name(s) from the public or the news media.
This madness has to stop and this can be the first step forward.
