Please restrict Russian seamen in getting C1/D visa.
Any seaman should be internationalist showing respect to a flag state and port state rules and lows, should be tolerant to other (including crewmembers) nationalities etc.
Under circumstances of the "ruzism" acts in Ukraine, taking into consideration significant propaganda of Russian mass media under influence of which the seamen may be, their staying onboard foreign vessels as well as transits throug foreign territories may create risks for civilian population of non-russia nationality.
Any crewmember vacancies due to the above restrictions can be easily completed by other countries seamen (e. g. Ukrainians).
