To restrict Sallie Mae’s ability to automatically defer student loans without the borrower’s consent and permission.

Without my consent or permission Sallie Mae deferred my student loans upon their discovery that I was recently enrolled in a master’s program. They stated they had the right to do this. It has been two months and they have yet to rectify this change despite my request stop deferment. I feel that financial and loan changes should not be made unless consent is given.
