We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Restrict the scope and power of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Created by S.C. on August 04, 2016

The people of the United States have fought and died for freedoms. These freedoms came at a great cost. The EEOC is beginning to redefine free speech and expression by catering to the few or the one. The EOCC is stepping out of bounds trying to define the Gadsden flag as a racist symbol. If we allow them to randomly define items according to these guidelines, what is next? Anything could become a target. The EEOC should not have power to define what is racism because someone gets offended by some object that has literally been around for years without any association to racism. We want congress to strip the EEOC of this power.
