restrict the source of campaign contributions to the actual district for which the candidate is seeking election.

Created by A.A. on February 20, 2013

Campaign contributions should come from the people who actually live in the district up for election. For instance, contributions for congressional districts should only come from persons and entities within the district. We have a right and responsibility to choose our own representatives without the influence of big money from sources who have no direct interest in our district's well-being or activities. Likewise, senatorial races should be funded from sources only within the particular state. This pattern should also be followed for in-state and local elections.
