Restrict the speed, style, and occupant capacity of automobiles considering the number of deaths associated with cars.

Created by B.C. on December 27, 2012

The same type of restrictions that are being considered for firearms should be applied to all and any area of human activity that can even remotely be associated to tragedy.
In 2011 alone, 32,367 in the United States. How much more should Americans take.
Although the right to keep and bear automobiles is not specifically protected by the Constitution, they should be prevented from harming anyone.
We the undersigned suggest that a federal ban be instituted against any automobile that:
Travels faster than15 mph.
Has a capacity of two or more.
Has any "assault vehicle" features that may not change the operation, but just look scary.
Is not made of NERF.

This ban will prevent any hypocrisy regarding the regulation of one inanimate object but not another because some individuals misuse it.
