Restrict Tobacco in an identical manner as Marijuana

Created by B.G. on October 28, 2011

While Marijuana (even in the smoked form) has yet to account for a single, direct death of anyone, throughout the entire world's population, Tobacco, a perfectly legal, and extremely addictive substance, is sold to anyone over the age of 18.

Evidence clearly shows the danger of Tobacco, and Tobacco related products (cigarettes, chewing tobacco), and the grim results of their use. While the Obama Administration surely does not feel right in legalizing a substance such as Marijuana for not only for recreational usage, but for medical usage as well, it seems appropriate that they should take the necessary steps to protect its citizens health conditions even further by restricting the sale of Tobacco and Tobacco related products.
