We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Restrict Voting Rights in the Presidential Primary and Election to Citizens with a High School Diploma

Created by J.M. on September 01, 2016

Due to recent politicians capitalizing on voter's lack of education, we the people believe that in order to insure control over the executive branch does not fall into the hands of the incapable, voters must present a high school diploma before being eligible to vote. Citizens without a diploma will lack the ability to intelligently determine which candidates will make the best use of their position of power for the benefit of the country. Voters without a diploma will only have personal bias and ideology to influence their vote, making them vulnerable to electing a candidate that may be unfit to be present, a mistake that will not be made by citizens with enough education to support their votes with factual evidence and understanding of the federal political system.
