Restructure all conrgessional salaries, benefits, and expense allowances to be based only on their accomplishments.

With all the bickering and nothing getting done in congress, they have become ineffective and are not working for the betterment of our country. That is their main responsibility that they are not honoring so their compensation shouldn't be honored either. It would be a good start at cost cutting..cutting the salaries of those who are putting their party before country and thus have become ineffective, are wasting precious time and holding things up that shouldn't be. If they were paid on a "per passed bill" basis, I guarantee we wouldn' t be in the stalemate today. There is no way they would get away with that at a corporation, let's not allow them to get away with it in the government.
By the way, I'm an independent, and will never vote republican again. Vote Obama!
