People receiving child support need to show accountability. Every person receiving financial support for their children are obligated to show proof that all expenses are used entirely for the children. I propose Child Support Services create a credit card for each child and the non-custodial parent will have access to the online account information. If purchases do not fall under certain criteria than custodial parent will be obligated to reimburse the cost or receive a deduction on future child support payments.
