Restructure Congress: No Federal Benefits/No Lobby $. S/B at State Level by their own State. Base Pay/Term Restrictions.

Congress: The Problem Child - These individuals should not be voting for their own benefits, raises, terms. Their owns States should vote for their own Representives' benefits. No raises, base pay (75K/yr paid by the State), health by the State, no free cafe, gym, NO LOBBY $ - a whole other issue right there, term restrictions, must reside in State representing. No perks. These individuals work for the people, not for self interest, gain, and ego.
