The restructuring of the education system so that all students learn the same material in all states where those students are at the same grade level as one another.
As it stands each state is being allowed to facilitate their education system guidelines with each individual district having even more control. However, this appears to be ineffective.
It is the belief of any who sign this petition that anyone who is in any grade should be taught the same material as anyone else in that same exact grade.
As an example: If someone is in 9th grade math in Florida and someone is in 9th grade math in Minnesota they both should be taught the same 9th grade math material as set forth by a national standard instead of one mandated by the individual states.
