Restructure the entire Congress. Create Term Limits, Age Max Limits(enforcing Retirement Age), Remove Personal Agendas.

1. Restructure the whole congress and remove the people who serve already who are almost senile, forcing them to retire. A common person working a common job is usually forced into retirement after they get a certain age.(They become a liability, make irrational decisions, etc.) 2. Create two four year terms, that the candidate can serve, this will help eliminate some corruption, and long term personal agendas that Senators and Representatives have created, example John McCain(Past normal retirement age), and his personal war horse agendas he pushes, which are no secret. 3. Create fair payscale for ones serving in Congress, once their service is done, they don't get these unlimited wages and special benefits for rest of their life, they have to find/obtain their own like everyone else.
